    几句话的管理讲座

    做游戏，首先是要保证追求长远利益的员工的利益，如果他们的利益不能得到保证，则会被追求短期利益的员工所自然驱逐。
     
    如果员工对企业缺乏安全感或信任感，那么就会趋向于追求短期利益，一个趋向于追求短期利益的集体，难以完成一个需要长期合作才能完成的项目。
     
    但是，如果追求长期利益的员工利益得不到保障的同时，追求短期利益的员工的利益也得不到保障，那么会出现什么后果呢？答案就是，没有人了。。。。。。。
